Mason Rowles, LP
Captain Mason Rowles hails from The Woodlands, TX, graduating from TWHS class of 2000. As a youngster, he envisioned following in his father's footsteps as a commercial pilot. Mason spent the majority of his youth at the local airport, where you could find him either staring at airplanes, shadowing his daddy, and eventually obtaining his student pilot's license. Other hobbies include partaking (not well) in every sport known to man, wakeboarding, paintball, playing the drums (sorry mom and dad), and anything outdoorsy.
Shortly after high school, Mason set sail for good ol' Aggieland! A two-year stint at Blinn was followed by an undergraduate degree through Sam Houston State Univ., pursuing a possible career in Criminal Justice. Mason graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology/Minor in Psychology from SHSU in 2005. A few odd jobs here and there eventually led him to the field of EMS. He obtained his EMT-B in 2010 (also from Blinn) and then immediately enrolled in paramedic school, which he completed in 2011 through TEEX.
In 2012, Mason received the news that he had been offered an interview for his dream job, a field medic with Robertson County EMS. He was promoted to the position of A-Shift EMS Lieutenant and then to his current position of B-Shift Captain in 2019. He currently resides in Grimes County along with his German Shepherd AVA and his not-so-mini "mini-pig" Tucker.
